Fire Erupts at Shahdara's MCD Parking Lot

A fire erupted at the MCD parking lot located in Shahdara's Bihari Colony on Friday evening, engulfing more than six vehicles in flames. Firefighting and cooling measures are currently being conducted, according to official sources.

The Delhi Fire Services received an emergency call about the blaze at precisely 4:57 pm. In quick response, four fire tenders were dispatched to the scene, ensuring timely action.

Authorities confirmed that the fire was minor, with no casualties or injuries reported at this stage. Efforts to cool the affected area are underway to prevent any further escalation of the incident, as stated by a DFS official.
