Aspect Global Ventures Pty Ltd has successfully acquired Township Developers India Pvt Ltd through a resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The strategic acquisition includes key land holdings: approximately 1,000 acres in Maharashtra's Pawna region and a 2,300 square meter plot in Mumbai's desirable Pali Hill area.
