The company had posted consolidated net profit of Rs 114.2 crore in the year-ago period.
The consolidated income of the company during the fourth quarter dropped to Rs 1,616.5 crore from Rs 1,642.6 crore in the year-ago period.
The board of directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 4 per equity for the financial year 2025-26, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
