Tata Power Solar Unveils New Campaign for Solar Growth in Uttar Pradesh
Tata Power Solar Rooftop has launched the 'Ghar Ghar Solar' campaign in Uttar Pradesh aiming to boost the adoption of rooftop solar systems. The initiative, in partnership with Tata Power Battery Storage, seeks to provide sustainable energy solutions, targeting the installation of 300,000 systems over three years.

To promote the adoption of solar energy in Uttar Pradesh, Tata Power Solar Rooftop introduced the 'Ghar Ghar Solar' campaign. This initiative seeks to enhance rooftop solar system installations, ensuring a continuous supply of clean energy to homes across the region.
In collaboration with Tata Power Battery Storage, the campaign aims at fulfilling increasing electricity demands sustainably and cost-effectively. During the launch, Praveer Sinha of Tata Power highlighted Uttar Pradesh's growth as a solar energy hub, driven by favorable policies and consumer inclination towards renewable sources. The company plans to roll out 300,000 rooftop installations within the next three years to achieve a total capacity of 1,000 MWp.
The state offers significant incentives for rooftop solar adoption, providing up to Rs 1.08 lakh in subsidies for systems up to 3 kW, courtesy of both state and federal schemes.
