According to Ukraine's General Staff, the Saratov oil refinery on the Volga was among the targets, resulting in a large fire, as confirmed by Saratov regional governor Roman Busargin. Russia's Defense Ministry reported that 216 drones were downed during the night.
Further targets included the Lazarevo pumping station in the Kirov region, damaging the facility and underscoring the reach of Ukraine's drone capabilities. Additional strikes were reported in the Rostov, Voronezh, and Belgorod regions, with three civilian injuries noted. On the Crimean peninsula, restrictions on petrol sales were introduced following Ukrainian attacks on fuel infrastructure.
