The XI Telangana State Shooting Championship 2025 wrapped up with remarkable success as Mohd Abdul Khalique Khan and Mustafa Khan claimed five gold medals each in various categories. Tanmay Onkar Roy also excelled with four golds in the 10M Rifle events, organizers announced today.
The competition, held at the SATS Shooting Range in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, attracted significant participation over its nine-day schedule, from June 21 to 30. The championship demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, drawing a wide array of skilled contenders across the state.
Amit Sanghi, President of the Telangana Rifle Association, praised the seamless execution of the event and acknowledged the dedication of the athletes, coaches, and officials. The championship highlighted the growing prominence and unity within the shooting sports community in Telangana, setting a high bar for future competitions.
