Railways Dominates Women's Boxing Tournament with Medal Haul

The Railways Sports Promotion Board (RSPB) emerged as the standout unit at the Elite Women's Boxing Tournament, securing a total of nine medals, three of which were gold.

Outstanding individual performances spanned from world and Commonwealth Games gold medallist Nitu Ghanghas to Olympic medallist Lovlina Borgohain, alongside world champion Saweety Boora, each clinching titles in their respective categories.

With seven medals, including two gold, the SAI NCOE team made a formidable showing while the TOPS Core & Development squad walked away with three gold medals. Gold medalists from the tournament are set to advance to a national training camp, potentially bolstering India's talent pool for future international competitions.
