In a thrilling encounter at the 134th Durand Cup, Namdhari FC secured a place at the summit of Group A by defeating the Indian Air Force 4-2.
Samuel K gave the Airmen an early lead, scoring in the 7th minute. However, Namdhari turned the game around with Cledson Dasilva netting a penalty in the 37th minute, followed by Amandeep Singh's strike just before halftime.
Goals continued in the second half as Dharmpreet Singh scored in the 60th and substitute Seilenthang Lotjem extended the lead in the 74th minute. Despite Sankit's 78th-minute goal for the Airmen, Namdhari clinched victory and top their group, with a crucial match against East Bengal looming.
