India is on the brink of a significant sporting event as it prepares to host its inaugural FIP Silver tournament, the FIP Silver Hyderabad 2025. For the first time, the country will be a part of the official International Padel Federation (IPF) tour, boasting an unprecedented prize pool of Rs 15,00,000, the largest ever in Indian padel history. This landmark event is set to attract leading international players along with emerging Indian talent in both Men's and Women's categories, according to an IPF release.
The competition is scheduled for October 7 to 12 at the internationally acclaimed KPGBA in Hyderabad, featuring three top-tier MejorSet padel courts known for their exceptional quality and performance. Sneha Abraham Sehgal, President of the Indian Padel Federation, emphasized the tournament's significance, labeling it a pivotal moment for padel in India. With world-class infrastructure and a hefty prize pool, the event is anticipated to position India as a burgeoning hub for padel globally.
The initiative has garnered support from Radha TMT, serving as the Title Sponsor.
