The World Pickleball League (WPBL) on Monday unveiled a major expansion of its WPBL On Tour initiative, aiming to elevate the sport across India with more than 50 events over the coming four months.
In collaboration with partners KheloMore, Panda Plays Pickle x Swiggy Scenes, FerroHub Sports, and Sisters-In-Sweat, WPBL plans to host a variety of camps, tournaments, and social gatherings aimed at enhancing India's pickleball experience. The initiative, targeted at beginners and emerging players, blends competitive spirit with community culture.
According to WPBL Founder and CEO, Gaurav Natekar, the program's mission has always been to benefit both franchises and communities meaningfully. With 57 events on the docket, the tour seeks to bolster engagement and deliver sustained value, laying the groundwork for long-term pickleball growth ahead of Season 2 in 2026.
