Teachers in Delhi are preparing for the future with hands-on training in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into classrooms. This initiative by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will train teachers to use AI tools effectively, personalizing learning and transforming assessments.
The programme, titled the "AI-Mediated Classroom Project," is designed in two phases. Initially, 100 Computer Science teachers from 50 government schools will undergo a comprehensive two-day training. These teachers will serve as resource persons to further disseminate AI techniques within their schools.
The project aligns with the vision of cultivating future-ready classrooms, aiming to enrich teachers' pedagogical methods, boost classroom engagement, and enhance learning outcomes through AI-driven practices.
