The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) met on Saturday to fine-tune preparations for upcoming IPL matches in Dharamshala, focusing on logistics and multi-agency cooperation. The assembly included Kangra district officials, Punjab Kings representatives, and BCCI members.
Dharamshala, after Mullanpur, will host three Punjab Kings matches against Delhi Capitals, Mumbai Indians, and Royal Challengers Bengaluru next month. Set against the Dhauladhar mountain range, the HPCA Stadium is a high-altitude international cricket venue with a history of hosting thrilling IPL matches since 2010.
Ground officials predict a pitch offering pace and bounce, setting the stage for a balanced contest between bat and ball. Punjab Kings have played 14 matches here, with a record of five wins, eight losses, and one no result.
