Andhra Pradesh Partners with Tata Football Academy to Nurture Young Talent

The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh has forged a partnership with the Tata Football Academy to nurture young footballers from the state. This initiative will provide professional training sessions at the esteemed academy in Jamshedpur.
A total of 80 young boys and girls, divided into Under-21 and Under-15 categories, will receive mentorship and exposure. Player selection was completed after trials at Vijayawada's IGMC Stadium. The collaboration also included a football exhibition and interaction that aimed to inspire young athletes.
Mukul Choudhari from Tata Steel highlighted the importance of such initiatives in developing grassroots talent. The ongoing SAAP League, crucial for local sports development, covers a variety of sports disciplines.
