In a game-defining performance, Rajasthan Royals' teenage prodigy Vaibhav Sooryavanshi made history by becoming the fastest player to reach 1,000 runs in an IPL season in terms of balls faced. Against all odds, the 15-year-old left-hander scored 86 off just 47 balls, featuring eight boundaries and seven towering sixes, while maintaining a stellar strike rate of 204.26.

Over the course of the season, Sooryavanshi has scored 776 runs across 16 matches, achieving a remarkable average of 48.50 and a strike rate of 237.30. With one century and five fifties, his standout performance places him in the esteemed company of IPL greats, positioning his current season as the fifth-best in IPL history based on total runs.
