Godrej Enterprises Group's aerospace division has secured a significant contract with Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engine manufacturing. The agreement will see Godrej expanding its production and technological capabilities in the aerospace sector.
This partnership underscores Godrej's vision to become a critical supplier in the global aerospace market, reinforcing India's standing in advanced manufacturing. Pratt & Whitney, part of the RTX business, is globally renowned for its expertise in designing and producing aircraft engines.
"By leveraging our advanced infrastructure and expertise, we are redefining aviation manufacturing in India," said Maneck Behramkamdin, Business Head of Godrej's Aerospace division. Godrej currently boasts 35,000 square meters of aerospace manufacturing capacity, with an additional 48,500 square meters under development.
