In response to a surge in cyber crimes, Andhra Pradesh Technology Services (APTS) will spearhead statewide cybersecurity awareness campaigns. Chairman M Mohana Krishna announced plans to educate the public on fraud prevention and cyber threat response, emphasizing the importance of technological interventions.
APTS is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of the state's IT infrastructure, alerting authorities to emerging cyber threats. This proactive approach aims to protect citizens by focusing on fraud tactics, preventive strategies, and complaint procedures.
Backed by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Education Minister Nara Lokesh, APTS has launched initiatives like 'Hackathon 2025', offering extensive cybersecurity training to graduates.
