On Monday, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy unveiled Eli Lilly and Company's latest technology and innovation site in Hyderabad, India. This new facility is poised to serve as a strategic hub for advanced digital and technological capabilities aimed at boosting operational efficiency globally.

Spanning 2.2 lakh square feet, the site has successfully onboarded 100 professionals with plans to expand its workforce to 1,500 in the forthcoming years. Chief Minister Reddy emphasized the facility's role as a central nerve center for Eli Lilly's worldwide operations, aligning with the Telangana Rising 2047 vision to achieve a USD 1 trillion economy.

Additionally, Telangana Minister for Industries and IT, D Sridhar Babu, highlighted the state's unprecedented record of inaugurating 70 Global Capability Centers in 2024–25, with ambitions to reach 100 by 2025–26. Eli Lilly's commitment to Hyderabad strengthens the region's position as a prime destination for top pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms.
