Valentino Ushers in New Era with Riccardo Bellini as CEO
Valentino appointed Riccardo Bellini as its new CEO, succeeding Jacopo Venturini. This change is part of a broader shift in the fashion industry as it addresses slumps in key markets. Bellini, formerly at Mayhoola, will collaborate with creative director Alessandro Michele to steer the brand's future.

In a strategic move, Valentino has announced the appointment of Riccardo Bellini as its new chief executive officer. Bellini, a seasoned leader in the luxury fashion industry, was previously managing director at Mayhoola, the parent company of Valentino.
Bellini steps into the role following the departure of Jacopo Venturini and amid widespread changes in fashion's executive ranks, sparked by market challenges in the U.S. and China. He is set to begin his tenure at Valentino in September, working in tandem with creative director Alessandro Michele, who joined the fashion house last year.
Valentino, partially owned by Kering, a French luxury conglomerate, is amidst a transformative phase as it adapts to fluctuating global markets. The company was founded in 1960 by Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti and has recently been in the spotlight due to ownership and leadership transitions.
