Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially open the India Mobile Congress 2025 on October 8, an event dedicated to the digital communication industry, according to Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. The minister reviewed preparations as the congress is expected to attract over 1.5 lakh visitors and international participants across 150 countries.
The event will feature more than 400 exhibitors in a sprawling venue at Yashobhoomi and mark a significant milestone in digital connectivity. Scindia emphasized that telecommunications will act as a pivotal conduit for advanced technologies like 5G, AI, ML, IoT, and satellite communications.
The congress will host several global summits including the International Bharat 6G Symposium and the Indian edition of the Global Startup World Cup. These platforms aim to highlight India's vision for technological empowerment and innovation on a global scale.
