Vietnam Airlines has adjusted its route for approximately 10 flights between Vietnam and European countries to avoid Pakistani airspace due to escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. The airline anticipates further rerouting in the coming days. Vietjet reported no impacts from the situation.

In the wake of rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Vietnam Airlines has rerouted around ten of its flights connecting Vietnam with several European nations such as Germany, France, and England. The decision was made public on Wednesday and involves avoiding Pakistani airspace.
The airline confirmed that further adjustments might be necessary depending on how the regional situation develops. Meanwhile, Vietjet, another Vietnamese carrier, announced that its services have not experienced any disruptions due to the ongoing tensions.
As geopolitical dynamics remain volatile, Vietnam Airlines is closely monitoring the situation to ensure passenger safety, potentially implementing further re-routing strategies in the coming days.
