The tragic accident took place near Gangnani in the Uttarkashi district, resulting in five deaths and injuring two others. AAIB representatives announced their commitment to examining the cause behind this unfortunate event.
According to information provided by the Uttarkashi Police, the helicopter went down along the Rishikesh-Gangotri National Highway at approximately 8:45 am. The aircraft, operated by AeroTrans Services Pvt Ltd, was carrying seven passengers, including the pilot, at the time of the incident.
