Tragic Helicopter Crash in Uttarakhand Under Investigation
The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) will investigate a helicopter crash in Uttarakhand, which resulted in five fatalities. The crash occurred near Gangnani in the Uttarkashi district. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) is set to launch a probe into the tragic helicopter crash in Uttarakhand that claimed the lives of five people. This incident occurred near Gangnani in Uttarkashi district, according to official reports.
The crash happened on the Rishikesh-Gangotri National Highway at approximately 8:45 am. Of the seven people aboard the helicopter operated by Ahmedabad-based AeroTrans Services Pvt Ltd, five perished while two sustained injuries.
AAIB, operating under the civil aviation ministry, will classify the safety occurrence as an accident and conduct a detailed investigation. AeroTrans Services operates two Bell helicopters and one Cessna aircraft, according to the DGCA's website.
