The Union Rail Ministry has greenlit the enhancement of the Thiruvananthapuram-Mangaluru Vande Bharat Express, doubling its capacity from an 8-car to a 16-car rake. This move promises to ease the daily commute for Kerala's residents.
State BJP president Rajeev Chandrasekhar shared this news in a Facebook post, emphasizing the significance of robust infrastructure to realize the vision of '#VikasitaKeralam'.
Chandrasekhar appreciated the efforts of Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government is catalyzing Kerala's growth through upgraded railways, highways, and ports.
