In a strategic move, United Helicharters Pvt Ltd (UHPL), a subsidiary of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd, has finalized the acquisition of a pre-owned Airbus H125, formerly known as Eurocopter AS350 B3, from Sweden's Savbak Helicopters AB. The transaction was completed with full payment on May 7, 2025.
This acquisition is pivotal in UHPL's ongoing strategy to broaden its aviation asset portfolio. Recognized worldwide for its exceptional high-altitude performance and reliability, the Airbus H125 is set to boost UHPL's capabilities in religious tourism while promising significant returns on investment in the medium to long term. 'This acquisition aligns with our vision to diversify revenue streams and strengthen our aerial services offering,' said Prakash Nayak, CTO and Director of United Helicharters.
Seen as a financially prudent decision, this purchase aims to solidify UHPL's standing in the competitive aviation services sector, particularly in religious tourism and corporate travel.
