The All India Motor Transport Congress has taken a patriotic stand by offering around 7.5 lakh trucks registered in Madhya Pradesh to the Indian Army. This gesture comes as a supportive measure for 'Operation Sindoor' and demonstrates solidarity with the armed forces.

State unit chief C L Mukati revealed this initiative and conveyed it through a letter to the Prime Minister's Office, emphasizing their willingness to contribute in times of national need.

Recalling history, Mukati mentioned that during the Kargil war in 1999, transporters in the state had shown a similar spirit of service by providing approximately 1,000 trucks to the army cantonment in Mhow.
