Macrotech Developers Ltd, under the Lodha brand, is eyeing the bustling Delhi-NCR residential market, aiming for substantial growth through strategic land acquisitions. As one of India's top real estate players, the firm sees this expansion as a prime opportunity to broaden its presence.
According to Executive Director-Finance Sushil Kumar Modi, Macrotech is ready to start pilot projects in Delhi-NCR, having successfully entered a growth phase in Bengaluru. This cautious approach is intended to navigate the unique challenges of the NCR market.
Already securing a land parcel in Gurugram last fiscal, Macrotech's broader goal is to expand its footprint, capitalizing on substantial investment to kickstart new ventures across India's major cities.
