The Airports Authority of India (AAI) announced that Bhopal, Khajuraho, and Udaipur airports have emerged as the best performers in a customer satisfaction survey. The survey, encompassing feedback from 60 out of 62 airports across the nation, spanned the period from January to June 2025.
Noticeably absent from the survey were Jaisalmer and Tezpur airports. The remaining top three airports managed a flawless score of 5 out of 5, signifying exceptional customer satisfaction, according to an official statement.
Khajuraho Airport, located in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur district and known for its temple sculptures, attracts a substantial number of foreign tourists. This achievement underscores the improved passenger services in India's smaller cities. Khajuraho Airport's Director, Santosh Singh, attributed this success to the committed effort of their team and partner agencies.
