Brigade Enterprises Ltd has announced a significant expansion by acquiring a 20-acre land parcel in Bengaluru. The purchase, valued at Rs 588 crore, is situated in the fast-growing Whitefield-Hoskote corridor. This strategic move sets the stage for a massive housing-cum-commercial project.
According to the company's regulatory filing, the project is expected to generate a staggering revenue of Rs 5,200 crore upon completion, with a development potential of 4.2 million square feet. This acquisition supports Brigade's vision of creating integrated spaces for living, working, and leisure.
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar expressed excitement about contributing to the region's growth, highlighting South India's longstanding affiliation with Brigade Enterprises. The Whitefield-Hoskote area is anticipated to see exponential development, setting a promising future for the new project.
