Tragedy Strikes: Fatal Truck Accident in Delhi's Sarita Vihar

In a tragic incident in Southeast Delhi's Sarita Vihar, a 36-year-old man was killed, and three others sustained injuries when a speeding truck loaded with gas cylinders crashed into pedestrians. The incident occurred on Monday morning, leaving a community in shock.
The police received a PCR call around 10:45 am reporting the road accident near the Okhla Tank Bus Stand. The victims were rushed to Apollo Hospital with the help of locals and emergency personnel. Tragically, Sabbir, the deceased, was declared dead on arrival by the doctors.
The truck driver, identified as Brhamdeo Singh, was apprehended by nearby traffic personnel at the Apollo Hospital red light. A detailed investigation is underway, with a case registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
