Mumbai, Maharashtra [India], July 24: Repono Limited, a leader in providing comprehensive warehousing and liquid terminal solutions, is set to open its much-anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Monday, July 28, 2025. The company aims to raise ₹26.68 Crore at the upper price band, with shares being listed on the BSE SME platform.

The offering comprises 27,79,200 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each, priced between ₹91 and ₹96 per share. The equity share allocation includes 7,92,000 shares for QIB Anchor Portion, 5,28,000 for Qualified Institutional Buyers, 3,96,000 for Non-Institutional Investors, 9,24,000 for Retail Individual Investors, and 1,39,200 for the Market Maker.

Proceeds from the IPO will be directed towards capital expenditures, such as acquiring forklifts and warehouse systems, as well as advancing warehouse management software and meeting working capital demands. The strategic move marks a significant milestone for Repono Limited, as articulated by Managing Director Mr. Dibyendu Deepak, who highlighted the company's commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction in the logistics industry.
