India's leading real estate giant, DLF, has unveiled ambitious plans to surpass Rs 10,000 crore in annual rental income, according to Chairman Rajiv Singh. This target highlights the firm's focus on expanding its commercial properties, including office complexes and malls, which currently yield over Rs 6,000 crore annually.
Speaking at the 60th Annual General Meeting, Singh emphasized the strong performance across DLF's housing and commercial segments in the 2024-25 fiscal year. The company's annuity portfolio, which spans offices, retail, and hospitality, continues on a growth trajectory with new projects in Downtown Gurugram and Chennai nearing completion.
The residential sector is also on the rise, with the company achieving record sales bookings worth Rs 21,223 crore, marking a 44% year-on-year increase. Singh highlighted India's economic resilience amid global challenges, buoyed by initiatives like 'Make in India', which present significant growth opportunities for DLF.
