This year, the conference attracted 1,440 project submissions from 15 countries, with Kauvery Hospital emerging as the sole representative from India to be honored. Its outstanding initiative, focused on environmental sustainability, was a highlight. The hospital's efforts encompass a range of green health measures—reducing carbon emissions, boosting energy efficiency, implementing robust waste management, conserving water, and using eco-friendly supplies—all aimed at minimizing environmental impact while maintaining top-tier medical standards.

Dr. Poorna Chandran, the Medical Administrator of Kauvery Hospital Vadapalani, accepted the award, reflecting the hospital's philosophy that healthcare should also protect future generations' environment. Co-Founder Dr. Aravindan Selvaraj expressed pride in representing India on this global platform, showcasing how sustainability and healthcare can advance collectively.
