Rohit Santhosh Takes Helm as CEO at Bombay Realty

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd has announced the appointment of Rohit Santhosh as the chief executive officer of its real estate arm, Bombay Realty.

The company confirmed in a statement that Santhosh's appointment will be effective from September 18, 2025. Santhosh brings a wealth of experience, with over 17 years of dedicated service in the real estate sector.

An alumnus of NIT Allahabad and the Indian School of Business, Santhosh has previously held leadership roles at CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji.
