The HALO Property Expo 2026 represents a monumental occasion for Surat's real estate landscape, scheduled from April 24 to 26 at Anthem Circle, Valthan-Punagam Canal Road. Organised by the Surat East Builders Association, this three-day event is dubbed the 'Maha Kumbh' of property, assembling esteemed developers and investors under one roof.
Inaugurated by Maharashtra's Cabinet Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha on April 24, the expo anticipates drawing more than 2 lakh visitors. Over 40 significant real estate groups and 179 premium exhibitors will showcase 180 projects, presenting a strategic platform to envelop Surat's real estate ecosystem, not just a typical property exhibition.
Speakers from SEBA, including President Shreyansh Savani, emphasised the expo's goal of offering a transparent buying platform. Covering 75% of Surat geographically, SEBA brands key localities as the 'Sunrise of Surat', aiming to position East Surat as the city's next dynamo for growth, lucrative for investors with upcoming infrastructure projects enhancing the area's potential.
