A dramatic chain collision in Chincholi taluk on Friday left one person seriously injured, while nine others sustained minor injuries, according to police reports. The incident involved a cement tanker, a private bus, and an autorickshaw, sparking concerns over road safety in the area.

The cement tanker was reportedly traveling from Tandur in Telangana towards Chincholi when it attempted to avoid a collision with an autorickshaw. In doing so, the tanker went out of control and collided head-on with a bus traveling from Chincholi to Venkatapura village, as per a senior police officer's account.

The impact damaged the autorickshaw as well, with all injured individuals receiving treatment at a hospital in Chincholi. While those with minor injuries were discharged after care, a case has been registered at the Chincholi police station as further investigations continue.
