Olectra Greentech Ltd, a prominent player in the electric vehicle sector, announced a significant rise in its profit after tax, reaching Rs 50.60 crore for the quarter ending March 2026. This marks more than a two-fold increase compared to Rs 24.31 crore in the same period last year.

The company's revenue for the January-March quarter saw a 45% year-on-year growth, reaching Rs 635.21 crore compared to Rs 437.96 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. For the entire fiscal year 2026, Olectra reported a PAT growth of 29%, totaling Rs 179.53 crore, bolstered by strategic execution.

Olectra's annual revenue also saw a substantial increase of 28% to Rs 2,312.17 crore, up from Rs 1,801.9 crore in the previous year. This was largely attributed to the delivery of 1,280 electric vehicles, a rise of 32% over the 972 units delivered in fiscal year 2025.

The company's forward-looking prospects are reinforced by an order book consisting of 10,161 electric vehicles, strongly positioning it for future growth. According to Managing Director Mahesh Babu, this performance underscores Olectra's focus on enduring and profitable expansion in the mobility and energy domains.

Furthermore, the energy segment nearly doubled its growth over the previous year, enhancing the company's diversified growth strategy, which is critical for their ongoing transition to the next phase.
