TARC Ltd, a real estate company based in Delhi, has announced a significant net profit of Rs 1.61 crore for the fourth quarter, thanks to markedly improved income.
The company's revenue skyrocketed to Rs 300 crore in this quarter, a notable increase from Rs 13.89 crore in the same period last year. This comes after a previous loss of Rs 104.56 crore.
The firm's total income for the fiscal year climbed to Rs 671.78 crore, up from Rs 38.88 crore in the prior year. The Managing Director & CEO, Amar Sarin, highlighted that the revenue growth, particularly from the TARC Tripundra housing project, has strengthened their financial outlook.
TARC Ltd continues to expand, focusing on disciplined project execution and the development of luxury housing options, including the ambitious TARC Kailasa in Kirti Nagar, which aims to generate Rs 4,500 crore in revenue.
