In the wake of rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi addressed the detrimental impacts of terrorism on youth, particularly in Pakistan, at a school's centenary event in Ganjam district.
Speaking to students and teachers, Majhi highlighted the misuse of knowledge and talent by children in Pakistan involved in extremist activities, emphasizing the need for renewing focus on education and national values. He urged students to become responsible citizens and resist ideological influences that lead to destruction.
Drawing on his teaching experience, Majhi stressed that education extends beyond certificates and is central to character building. He called education the greatest wealth, noting increased state budget allocations to enhance school education as a priority, promoting hard work as the sole path to success.
