IIM Mumbai and Coal India Limited Team Up for Advanced Logistics Program
IIM Mumbai has partnered with Coal India Limited for the second edition of its Executive Post Graduate Program in Logistics and Operations Excellence through Digitisation. The program aims to equip CIL executives with advanced skills in logistics, supply chain management, and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency.

In a significant collaboration, the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) has signed an agreement with Coal India Limited (CIL) for the second edition of its specialised Executive Post Graduate Program (PGPEx) in Logistics and Operations Excellence through Digitisation.
According to Prof Manoj K Tiwari, the institute's director, the renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) reflects IIM Mumbai's commitment to providing CIL executives with essential skills in logistics, supply chain management, and digital transformation.
The one-year program, commencing in September, will cater to 40 executives from Coal India and its subsidiaries. It will be conducted in a blended format with 60% online content and 40% physical classes at the institute's satellite campus in Angul, Odisha.
