Delhi University has announced the opening of a mid-entry admission window for undergraduate programs, which will commence at 5 pm on Friday. This initiative allows new candidates, who missed earlier rounds, a chance to apply for the current academic session.

On Thursday, the university disclosed its list of vacant seats following the conclusion of the latest upgrade round. According to an official statement, this mid-entry, part of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), will remain accessible until 4:59 pm on August 10, offering eligible students a fresh opportunity to join the admission process by paying a fee of Rs 1,000.

The data revealed by Delhi University indicates that 71,130 students have already enrolled across 79 undergraduate programs within 69 colleges. Among the 71,624 available UG seats for 2025-26, substantial activity was noted during the previous allocation round when the university reopened its upgrade window from August 2-3, resulting in 5,930 students receiving upgraded seats.
