On Tuesday, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren declared that the government is set to recruit 2,600 assistant school teachers across the state. This move is aimed at strengthening the educational framework from primary to higher education levels.
During a program, Soren highlighted the distribution of appointment letters to 301 newly recruited teachers, part of the broader effort to revamp education in Jharkhand. The chief minister also announced the launch of a project-based learning (PBL) initiative under the National Education Policy to modernize the instructional methods in schools.
Soren emphasized the need to overhaul the state's education system, noting the introduction of digital blackboards and online education. He stated the government's continued resolve to match private education standards and the initiation of CM schools of excellence.
