Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav personally visited Indore to ensure the victims of a recent truck accident receive the best medical care available. During his visit, CM Yadav addressed the media, emphasizing the administration's commitment to avoiding any lapses in treatment and extending all necessary support to the injured.
Expressing anguish over the tragic event, where a truck lost control and caused fatalities, CM Yadav confirmed that strict actions would be taken against those responsible. He also stated that the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) is investigating the incident for a thorough understanding of the circumstances that led to the accident.
The catastrophic accident occurred on Kalani Nagar Road, claiming three lives and injuring 12. The local authorities have arrested the driver on charges, including drink-driving, as they continue to oversee the situation and the treatment of the survivors. The police have filed an FIR and are vigilant in their efforts to provide justice and avert similar events in the future.
