A tragic incident struck the Kaisarbagh Fish Market in Lucknow on Tuesday when a Peepal tree toppled, leading to the death of a 70-year-old man and injuring four others. Local police reported that the tree fell abruptly, trapping those underneath, including the late Ramu Devnath.

Authorities confirmed that the injured individuals—Mohd Rizwan, Mohd Shoaib, Mohd Armaan Rasool, and Abhishek Yadav—are currently receiving medical care at Balrampur Hospital. Fortunately, their conditions are not deemed critical. Roshan Jacob, Lucknow Divisional Commissioner, personally visited to assess the situation.
