It has come to light that 53,000 students in Odisha remain without their pre-matric scholarships for five months, a situation Congress is determined to rectify.

Congress MLA Pabitra Saunta criticized the governments for their 'anti-tribal' stance, demanding urgent action to release scholarships and promising to escalate the issue if unaddressed.
