The Karnataka government is set to host the groundbreaking Bengaluru Skill Summit 2025 in November, as announced by Minister Sharan Prakash Patil on Friday. This initiative is part of the state's ambitious plan to become a global hub for skills, innovation, and advanced opportunities.
Addressing a press conference, Minister Patil highlighted the summit's focus on youth, particularly women, rural communities, and persons with disabilities. The summit is scheduled from November 4 to 6 in Bengaluru and aims to create vast opportunities for skill development to align with industrial and global standards.
With support from Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, the event is a collaborative effort by the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, Karnataka Skill Development Authority, and the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission. It seeks to offer a launchpad for youth to compete internationally through specialized training.
