XLRI's Public Policy Program: Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders
XLRI – Xavier School of Management has opened admissions for the second batch of its Public Policy & Sustainable Leadership programme. The course combines government-sponsored and self-sponsored candidates, offering a multidisciplinary curriculum in a hybrid format, designed to foster responsible leadership and tackle public administration challenges.
Building on the success of its executive education initiative, XLRI – Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur has announced the launch of admissions for the second batch of its Public Policy & Sustainable Leadership programme. This one-year hybrid course is a joint effort with India's Department of Personnel & Training.
The programme's unique structure welcomes a diverse mix of government-sponsored and self-sponsored participants, including Indian Administrative Service officers, development professionals, and private sector experts. It aims to create an interdisciplinary platform addressing policy, governance, sustainability, and leadership challenges.
Prof. Kalyan Bhaskar, Programme Director, highlighted the course's focus on responsible leadership and innovation in public administration. The programme begins on September 18, 2026, and more information can be accessed on the XLRI website.
