RSS Chief Bhagwat Defines True Hinduism, Advocates Education Reform

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat emphasized that being a staunch Hindu does not equate to opposing others, but rather embodies an inclusive essence. Speaking at the 'Gyan Sabha', a national education conference, he addressed common misconceptions surrounding strong religious identity.

Bhagwat advocated for a balance between the letter and spirit of Hinduism, stressing that it means embracing everyone instead of denying one's roots. He asserted that any unified move toward Hinduism should consider this core essence.

Highlighting the significance of both 'vidya' (true knowledge) and 'avidya' (ignorance), Bhagwat reiterated India's legacy as a spiritual and pure national entity, urging a move away from colonial educational models towards a system rooted in truth and compassion.
