Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav revealed that 1.27 crore beneficiaries of the Ladli Behna Yojana will receive a Raksha Bandhan gift of Rs 250 in their bank accounts on August 7. He termed this gesture a 'small token of love from a brother.'

Addressing a Raksha Bandhan event organized by Best Lifestyle employees, Yadav highlighted the state's support for women's welfare, emphasising that no sister should face hardship. In addition to regular monthly payouts of Rs 1250, beneficiaries will receive this festive bonus.

Yadav also noted the growth of employment in Ujjain's textile industry, with notable contributions from companies like Best Lifestyle and Pratibha Syntex, which employ thousands of women. State-run schemes have been bolstering this growth, providing Rs 5,000 to working women as part of the government's welfare initiatives.
