Madhya Pradesh CM Celebrates Sisterhood with Raksha Bandhan Gift
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced a Raksha Bandhan gift of Rs 250 for 1.27 crore beneficiaries of the Ladli Behna Yojana. This sum is in addition to the Rs 1250 regular benefit, symbolizing a commitment to women's welfare and economic empowerment through employment opportunities in textile industries.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav revealed that 1.27 crore beneficiaries of the Ladli Behna Yojana will receive a Raksha Bandhan gift of Rs 250 in their bank accounts on August 7. He termed this gesture a 'small token of love from a brother.'
Addressing a Raksha Bandhan event organized by Best Lifestyle employees, Yadav highlighted the state's support for women's welfare, emphasising that no sister should face hardship. In addition to regular monthly payouts of Rs 1250, beneficiaries will receive this festive bonus.
Yadav also noted the growth of employment in Ujjain's textile industry, with notable contributions from companies like Best Lifestyle and Pratibha Syntex, which employ thousands of women. State-run schemes have been bolstering this growth, providing Rs 5,000 to working women as part of the government's welfare initiatives.
