Capital's Canvas: 64th National Art Exhibition Set to Dazzle

The artistic pulse of the capital is set to quicken with the launch of the 64th National Exhibition of Art by the Lalit Kala Akademi in New Delhi. Starting August 5, this esteemed exhibition will present a stellar assembly of the finest visual art from across the nation.
Presided over by Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Minister of Culture and Tourism, along with other notable dignitaries, the exhibition is a canvas of diversity, featuring contemporary, traditional, tribal, and experimental art forms. Over 283 pieces have been carefully selected from over 5,900 entries nationwide, underscoring India's vibrant artistic landscape.
More than just a display, the event will honor 20 distinguished artists with the prestigious Lalit Kala Akademi Awards, recognizing their significant contributions to the art world. With galleries open from August 6 to September 15 at the Lalit Kala Akademi Galleries, Rabindra Bhavan, art aficionados have much to look forward to.
