A tragic road accident in Madhya Pradesh claimed the lives of four members of a Gujarat-based music band on Saturday. The mishap also left 11 others injured. The collision occurred between a mini bus and a small truck in Shivpuri district, as confirmed by the local police.

Following a performance at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, the band was en route back to Gujarat when the incident happened around 6 am on National Highway 46. Station House Officer Arvind Chari reported that the bus driver lost control, leading to a lane deviation and a subsequent crash.

The deceased included band members Hardik Dave, Raja Thakur, Ankit Thakur, and Rajendra Solanki. Injured passengers were hospitalized, with two in critical condition. Initial investigations suggest the truck driver may have fallen asleep due to fatigue from continuous travel since 5 pm the previous day.
